Performance Artist
Music (they/he)
Musiq (they/he) is a Bahujan nonbinary dancer and multidisciplinary artist based in Mumbai. T
rained in ballet from age seven, they connected deeply with their city through hip-hop/ breaking, becoming one of the few breakers from a gender minority.
They organised community events, taught breaking across India, and competed internationally. Their practice evolved through living with PTSD, embracing drag, samba, and capoeira, focusing on movement as healing. As a drag king, designer, and actor, Musiq’s work champions freedom of self-expression, especially for queer and nonbinary people.
They find joy in music, their community, and their beloved cats.

Performance Artist
Ishaan Bharat / Osheen (he/she/they)
Ishaan Bharat is a multidisciplinary movement & visual artist, operating under the moniker of Osheen. They’re one of the few queer aerialists in India, and are currently based out of New Delhi.
When not performing, they work as an art director and experience designer, and run a space design studio called Sector Form. In 2022 they started dabbling with 'drag' and started simultaneously choreographing & producing ‘aerial drag’ performances, soon after which they formed Dragalactiq - a creative collective of multifarious queer performing artists, using drag & traditional craft as a medium of futuristic story telling.
Osheen's work draws inspiration from gender fluidity and transformation - reimagining queer bodies and personas through a theatrical lens, while crafting futuristic posthuman creatures in meticulously constructed fantastical environments. They're seen exploring alternate worlds, often encased within industrial shapes & forms - linking their structural space design work to their more fluid performance practice.
Having worked in the creative industry for over a decade, they’re best known for their creative direction & eclectic design language, often juggling various roles. Constantly collaborating with musicians, animators, architects, performers and textile artists to bring their eccentric ideas to life.
Their work’s been featured in prominent Indian publications like HT, Platform and Architecture Digest.
