Sightlines Lab is a creative playground where Parizad D, Miss.Kotton (Caroline Stedman Mishra), Vinay Khare, MYLES, Alap Parikh, Optikbloom, and echofloat bring indigenous arts practices and sensibilities-inspired visual and digital creative expression at Magnetic Fields Festival.

Over a period of a week running up to Magnetic Fields, some of the country's most forward-thinking digital artists worked within the palace to transform spaces within the festival. The resident artists collaborated with Fieldlines to take the idea of residency, collaboration and performance to the next level, demonstrating a unity and confluence of music, heritage, modernity and technology.

Miss.Kotton participated in the Sightlines residency alongside echofloat, Optikbloom and Parizad D, contributing animations of original artworks and architecture found in and around the palace and footage shot during an off-road trip to the nearby desert in Rajasthan.

The result was a live visuals performance on the Sunday of the festival, accompanying the Fieldlines music residency performance by V.I.V.E.K. (UK) and a band of Rajasthani folk musicians. The performance took the audience on a journey through time and space, through the desert and into the Alsisar Mahal palace where nature and art came to life.

Miss.Kotton also provided a VR swing iinstallation created by Studio Go Go:
